Early childhood is a time of exploration and vast opportunities for children to learn about the world around them. At Vinton Public Library, our Children's collections and programs are curated and planned to help children and caregivers achieve the five practices of Every Child Ready to Read. The five practices include Talking, Singing, Reading, Writing, and Playing which are important to aim for every day.
